Terms and Conditions

1. Website Marketing Agreements

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Fridrich Media Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") and the client ("Client", "you") with respect to online marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Validity and Scope

2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Fridrich Media Ltd, including but not limited to SEO, Email Marketing, and Influencer Marketing services.

2.2. Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing.

2.3. The Client's own terms and conditions shall not apply unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Fridrich Media Ltd.

3. Content Restrictions

3.1. The Client shall not provide content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

3.2. Fridrich Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these restrictions.

3.3. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement.

4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

4.3. Late payments may incur interest charges at the statutory rate.

5. Termination Conditions

5.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5.2. Fridrich Media Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of payment default or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Liability and Warranty

6.1. Fridrich Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

6.3. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services as outcomes depend on various external factors.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the business relationship.

7.2. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

8. Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
